Browse available spaces from the All Spaces page, select your preferred space, choose a date and time slot, and proceed to confirm your booking.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can manage your bookings from the My Bookings page. Cancellation and rescheduling policies depend on the space and booking type.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed based on our cancellation policy. Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What amenities are included?
Amenities vary by space and plan. Common inclusions are high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee, printing, and ergonomic seating. Check the space details page for specifics.
How do I invite members to my booking?
After a successful booking, open your e-ticket from My Bookings and use the Invite Member option to add guests.
